Thanks for getting the mowing contract signed. The grass has been cut 2 times since then, The first time, there were large piles of cut crass (expected due to height). Yesterday, the grass was cut, and now the cut grass is in the gutters and across the roadway. It also appears the mower contractor blew most of the clippings in the street. They did this on Towne Center Dr., Shore Dr. and Joppa Farm Road. Hopefully they will get better and are required to blow the clippings back on the freshly cut areas. Here is a photo from this morning on Joppa Farm Road between US Rt. 40 and Trimble road. Yesterday it was in the road which is a hazard to motorcycle and bicycle riders.

The pumping station located on the Joppatowne Marina emits a very loud noise. The exhaust fan which pushes air through the 2 blue air filters makes a vary loud noise when running. It is over 80 decibels at 20 feet. Is there a way to quiet the fan? I did notice there were missing bolts on the fan housing which may be the cause. Please have your team check it. Thank you.

The portable bathroom in Mariner Park need to be cleaned and the door handle needs to be fixed.

There are several potholes on the concrete bridge section and between the bridge and Town Center Drive in the asphalt.

There was a pile of trash dumped on the sidewalk and grass next to the pool property. It is Rivera Drive between Hasslet and Kearney. It was there at 6 PM yesterday, Oct 2. It is across the street from the Joppatowne Marina.

When in the Left Turn Lane from Joppa Farm Road coming towards Rt. 40 at Trimble Rd. turning into the Joppatowne Plaza (Redners & Flea Market), the RED left turn signal is out.

On US 40 East just past Joppa Farm Road there is a large area of a pot hole and very bumpy surface. I put this request a couple of months ago directly on the MD SHA site and it was supposed to be assigned, but there has been no progress. Can you please work with SHA to get this road issue addressed.

There is water coming up through the road. Not sure if it is county water or from rain. It is across both lanes between Old Mountain road and Mountain Road.

There is large and growing pothole across the street from 760 Shore Drive at the Speed Hump,

There is a pothole in the right turn lane from Joppa Farm Rd. going to Shore Drive. It will eat the front right tire if you are not able to swerve out of the way quickly.

There is a growing pothole on Bridge Drive near Anchor Drive.

Shore Drive leaving Rumsey Island near the bend in the road near the Pumping Station. There are several deep potholes. This happens a couple of times a year due to the wide gap between the sections of paving,

A contractor cut a 6 inch wide trench to put in new underground utilities across Joppa Farm Road at Trimble Road. This is on the side going towards US 40. Might have been for the Walk/Don't Walk sigh. The Left turn lane to the shopping center and the left lane are impacted. The right lane was addressed when another contractor paved the lane after the big trench fro BGE work was repaired.

A BGE contractor dug a trench across the road to replace a leaking gas line about 2 months ago. They did put down some cold patch, but that has been degrading and causing several places with 2-3 inch deep depressions. Please ensure BGE is more prompt with fixing the roads they have to tear up for maintenance. It will become a big issue when the snow plows hit it if not fixed before snow season.

This was reported back in August on Issue ID: 3636033. A bag of green cold mix was put in the hole. Well, the cold mix is no longer in the hole. What will it take to have this pothole fixed correctly? The hole needs to be dug out and patched with hot mix. It is at the expansion joint of the bridge and will continue to fail with cold mix.

The Red light on the far right is not working. It is the signal which has the limited viewing angle in the triangle island. It is located at the and of the ramp from I-95 S at MD Rt. 152 ramp

On the expansion joint on Bridge Drive on the Shore side of the bridge. It is in the travel lane and will hit the passenger tire.

When coming off Rt. 40 onto Joppa Farm Road, the signal at Trimble Road is missing the Green bulb. It is the signal on the right of the 2.
