This wet area on Route 7 appears to be a water break which Water & Sewer has inspected for the past 10 years. We check it for Chlorine & listen for possible leaks on the east side of the road where an underground main water line is located. The wet area comes & goes with the amount of rainfall received, indicating it is a small spring head which occasionally surfaces. Thank you for your community observation in reporting this matter.
