This condition has persisted for a year before it was reported. It is also still a significant tripping hazard. Please see that it is repaired.

I will try and get one next time I am there. If P&R goes to the rear parking lot by the play ground closest to the water and parking the walk that is in question is at the lots edge.4 removable bollard posts, 3 in place locked on and one missing post with receiver sticking up 2-3 inches.
