Kershaw Court needs to be milled and re-paved. We have chunks of asphalt missing in front of driveways, cracked asphalt grass and trees growing out of the street and potholes in the Court and on Kershaw Road. Water constantly lays on the lower end which makes algae and moss grow on the curbs and becomes extremely slippery Please help us...,.
