Investigation this morning revealed a water break/leak @ 413 Kemper Rd. This break will be addressed tomorrow Wednesday-1-17-18 at which time the area will be excavated-repair made & filled with stone. In approximately 2 weeks the stone patch will be black-topped. Thanks again for your community concern.

Thank you for your prompt response. The same issue appears to be happening on the corner up the street at the next court.

Keith- We will also look at the corner of the next court--Kimball Court/ Garnett Rd. We will report back to you after an inspection.

Keith- Could not locate another possible leak other than 413 Kemper. We were not able to address 413 because of the snow event ,however it is again scheduled for tomorrow. We will investigate tomorrow while on site regarding any additional water leaks.
