F. How long has the grass / vegetation gone unattended?
A. The grass is going too long between mowings. When it is finally done, it leaves patches inadequately cut because it has folded over and then pops back up later. Also, huge clumps are left in the grass median as well as a very significant amount of waste product in the street.
