    It is actively raining. We had moderately heavy rain overnight. The mowers are cutting the grass in the median along much of Conowingo Road. They are throwing the grass onto the street and onto the cars. Because the grass is already wet, the grass is very slippery in the road, it sticks to the cars going by, and the job they are doing looks terrible. They are making muddy ruts in the median.

    These new lights were out right after they replaced the old ones. They were turned back on, now they are off again. The first 11 lights are out. That is an exceptionally dark area. We need these lights turned on as soon as possible please.
