Q. Please provide us with as much detail regarding the issue.
A. at the intersection of Trimble Road and Magnolia Road there seems to be a water leak that is Flowing from a pipe in the road over to the fire hydrant on the right. This has been going on for at least a week.

See report below from W&S Maintenance:
A crew has been sent out this morning to investigate. There was some water running out of a valve box, the valve was exercised and we cannot hear a leak on the valve. The crew will check back later today to see if the water is still running out of the valve box.

This 12 inch valve on a busy road is still leaking. We hope to address & make the repair this evening.

Repaired per Mr. Rex see comments below:
"Last evening a direct bury 12 inch water valve was excavated and we found the top plate nut & bolt loose & leaking. This is a typical leak on all water valves through-out the water distribution system. These steel nuts & bolts tend to rust away with time. In order to extend the life of these bolts they are replaced with stainless steel and should out-last the life of the valve itself. Both the top plate & bonnet bolts were replaced. Water leak has been repaired".
