When entering I-95 South from 155 the grass by the yield needs to be cut. It is nearly impossible to see if someone is coming down to the left.

Exiting the parking lot at welcome one emergency shelter in the Harford County Public Library is very difficult because there are a few trees that need to be trimmed. One in particular is right near the fire hydrant and it is hard to make a left turn onto Brass Mill Road with these low-hanging trees.

Someone has dumped windows and possibly a sliding glass door along side of the road.
