Description
These new lights were out right after they replaced the old ones. They were turned back on, now they are off again. The first 11 lights are out. That is an exceptionally dark area. We need these lights turned on as soon as possible please.

I have reported this incident to our BGE Outdoor Lighting Crew.
Note: Harford County owns the streetlights but BGE provides any maintenance or repairs within their jurisdiction. Any resident can call BGE directly to report the issue at 1-800-685-0123, use prompt 2 then 5. BGE will need to know the nearest address to the streetlight and a pole number which is a "four digit band" usually starting with a 5, 6 or 7. Resident should make sure BGE gives them a service ticket reference number in case the repair is not completed in an acceptable amount of time.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter!
