The Ivy Hill company is doing a Teri le job in maintaining the open space areas in Joppatowne. We need someone that is managing the contract with this company to step up and hold them accountable to do the job well not just do the job. They also never cover the grass chute and it scares the living day lights out of me whenever I walk by I have a vision of a stone being thrown out and making quick work of me.
