This situation with the clogged drain has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management (Request #20020850408) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. 8/5/2012 - Service Review: Richmond Stormwater Management reports as of 7/25/2012 5:17:19 PM Maintenance was performed on 2 storm inlets at the requested location. The across the road lateral was televised and found to be damaged. The lateral will be repaired ASAP. - rtt
