This intersection is always a gray area. The pothole/sinkhole most likely spans the junction of the County and State.

The pot/sink hole is on the Joppa Farm Rd section of the intersection. It is on the left side of the lane just before you get to the end of the concrete curb. The drivers side wheels hit it when going straight over US 40. I circled the area in the attached screenshot from Google Maps.

That would be a state issue its in the intersection

Barry & Team, this issue was reported in June and now you are just around to pushing the work on to the State. Did anyone come out to check the location? It is on the Joppa Farm Road side. Are you going to open a case with SHA?
