May have priors Marina create a drainage path to the adjacent ditch
In the meantime for safety

Think Priors Marina got tired of waiting and created a small bleed off ditch to the nearest drainage structure.
Suggest that someone put rock and docked ADS in the trench and cover it up
Otherwise it will collapse and fill in
Should no longer be any road flooding in this area after this temporary fix
