Issue is at 2391 Landing Way.
Cable companies have been contacted with no response to resident inquiry as to who owns this box. Number on box was called with no answer. There seems to be no broadband connection as far as resident can tell.
There wasn't a category to click on for this issue, so please forward. If you all can assist us to identify what company has placed these boxes, it would be greatly appreciated. Many boxes in our community are cracked and leaning. If indeed these are connected, some may be dangerous to residents/children.

Multiple sitings of a Coyote roaming during the day within Cobbs Landing. Seen on Shoreline, Woodridge, Lake Pointe, Cobbs Drive and other locations. This past 2 weeks it has been seen more frequently - almost daily.

There are multiple locations throughout “The Estates” portion of Cobbs Landing that need trimming. Sidewalk branches under 10ft clearance in many locations. When time permits, it would be much appreciated if you could evaluate neighborhood for trimming. Thank you.

Assumption that the company, TLC Diversified (941-722-0621), is working for the County on Westcott Drive in Cobbs Landing, Palm Harbor. Trucks parked on resident’s property for approx one week. It was reported that the property owner knows nothing of this work. Please notify resident at 2696 Westcott Circle and Cobbs Landing Property Management at cslaven@resourcepropertymgmt.com as to the work needed and how long those trucks will be parked on his property. Landscapers can not access and heavy equipment on lawn is a concern. Additionally, there is a small leak running down onto sidewalk (noted at 4pm) and it seems company cracked sidewalk.

There is a need for street sweeping throughout Cobbs Landing (leaves/debris). Request street sweeping to avoid issues with street drainage/other. Thank you.

This drain has had a grate over it for years. It has fallen into water

This intersection has had many attempts to repair pothole. Again, pothole present.

There continues to be parking on Woodridge Pkwy as parents from Carwise Middle School continue to use Cobbs Landing residential entrance/exit as a bus stop. While signage exists on the incoming side of the street, there is no signage on the side of the street in the attached photo. The community has been waiting on “No Parking” signage (previously approved) it has yet to be placed. This is a dangerous situation as people are crossing in between cars, children are running around in the area and someone will get hurt. Again, this is not a bus stop.

There is a dead branch hanging in tree above sidewalk. The tree is located approx 100m north of Shoreline entrance on east side of Alderman. It is in the county ROW

One of the entrances to Cobbs Landing is Woodridge Parkway. This entrance is off of Alderman Road. Across Alderman from this entrance is Carwise Middle School. The attached photo shows non-resident parents parking in the Cobbs Landing subdivision. This is becoming dangerous for the community. We need no parking signage ASAP.
