    The speed limit sign is on the left side of the street and is just before Garnet meets JFR. (One finds out the speed limit just as he or she is leaving that street section.) It is also low and could be blocked by a parked truck. There is no speed limit sign as one goes south on Garnet from JFR. Maybe the sign should be turned 180 degrees and raised on the pole.

    On Garnett Rd at Hazlett, a water valve manhole cover has lowered several inches below street level. (You feel it if your tires hit it; up to a few weeks ago, you never felt it while driving over it.) It is not really a pothole, but it has the same affect.
