I don’t see my original comment on this issue so I just want to try and make sure it is understood so that the right people can investigate. When I look at the retention ponds around this Royal Farms it seems to me that they are not properly designed to do what they are suppose to do in that the overflow drain is higher then the outer ridge and sidewalk of the pond itself. Also who owns clearing these of garbage so it doesn’t float out into the river?

Any chance this might actually get done, it is getting a bit long in the tooth. Normally you guys have been great at closing issues quickly but this is one not so much.

An inspection report was sent to Royal Farms notifying them that the situation needs to be remediated.

This has still not been addressed. I am monitoring the response and ultimately the fix. Please keep this open and ask that inspections follow up to see if it gets addr

There will be a meeting with RF to discuss repair options.

Update:
The elevations of the berm were surveyed and found to be higher than the control structure outlet elevation. The facility is acceptable and functioning as per design.
