Description

The traffic signal at Joppa Farm Rd and Trimble Rd gives a green left turn arrow for traffic turning from Joppa Farm Rd into the Shopping Center even if no traffic is waiting, then stays green for an extended period of time with no vehicles waiting to turn. This causes a longer wait time for oncoming traffic on Joppa Farm Rd entering Joppatowne.
