Description
This has been posted many times before, but there is no clear indication as to who has the right-of-way at the Washington Park entrance via Henry Johnson. Vehicles entering the park and turning left almost always proceed without yielding to northbound cars already in the park. There is nothing to notify drivers in the park at they approach this intersection that vehicles entering the park will turn in front of them. It would appear to any reasonable driver traveling northbound within the park that they would have the right-of-way to proceed straight (i.e., further into the park northbound, rather than taking a right to exit the park onto Henry Johnson). I've seen many near-miss encounters here. Regardless of which route the city ultimately determines should have the right-of-way, there must be clear signage added to notify opposing drivers that they need to yield. Please address this pressing traffic safety issue.
